The “attorney-at war” will be appearing on the “Carl Nelson Show” on this Tuesday, March 4, 2014 on 1450 WOL Radio in Washington, DC from 5-7 EST.  Carl and I have not discussed the nature and the boundaries of the interview.  “Guns or Butter” is a good starting point.   In Black America listen live @ www.woldcnews.com.  The call in # 800-450-7876.

A specific starting point of discussion may be Huey Newton of the Black Panthers and his enrollment at San Francisco Law School and especially his study of the U.S. Constitution.   “A little knowledge is a dangerous thing”.  Since the ratification of the Second Amendment, the U.S. Supreme Court had used its bully pulpit only once, prior to the 1960’s, to construe the Second Amendment.

The concept of “think tanks” started in ancient Egypt.  Today, no genuine, well-supported “think tank” exists in the Black community while hundreds exist in the white community.  Due to affirmative action, there has been a “brain drain” in the Black community.  This is a case of unorganized, Black, brain power against organized, white, brain power.

I am convening a coroner’s jury to investigate the recent death of Mayor Chokwe Lumumba of Jackson, MS. It remains uninvestigated.  I am the undisputed legal expert in investigating the causes of death and the manners of death.  Two of my most controversial cases were the deaths of Michael Stewart and Harry Crist, Jr.  Because of my expertise in pathology, I have been “barred” from all courtrooms in the United States.  No state or federal legislative body has taken a similar action against an attorney.
