Who better to bring this vividly to life than Yusef who, along with four other Black youth, spent 13 years in prison for the rape of a women in Central Park based on fabricated evidence and false confessions forced through torture. Donald Trump took out full-page ads calling for their execution. Even after the 5 were completely exonerated through DNA evidence, as recent as last year during the presidential campaign Trump insisted the boys, now grown men, were guilty.
