Acclaimed Nollywood Film “God Calling” Screens At Schomburg July 10

God Calling” an internationally acclaimed independent film by Director-Producer BB Sasore will be screening at the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture on July 10th, 2019. The film, centered around the “universality of faith,” transcends global boundaries and culture, aiming for international audience. “God Calling” is the first Nollywood pick by The Schomburg Center. 

Technology –particularly the internet and smartphones– has helped catapult the Nigerian emerging film industry “Nollywood” to the global stage.
