Finally. Connect TV Launches a Real Black Culture and Lifestyle Show without the Stereotypes

Sometimes doesn’t it feel like society pretends like there’s nothing positive going on in the Black community? Every time you turn on the tv or tune into the radio–it’s just bad news and stereotypes.

Well, Let’s Buy Black 365 is disrupting the narrative with its brand new the breakout show Connect. This all-new Black culture & lifestyle show features segments of the best in Black music, culture, education, revolutionary thought, food, health, activism, business, and entertainment. They are staking the bold claim that “Black media is Black power and we are Blacking it out!” – According to the Let’s Buy Black 365 website.

The trailer for the show gave a glimpse into the array of future guests on the show including Dr. Obadele Kwame Kambon of Abibitumi.com, Professor Griff of Public Enemy, Dr. George C. Fraser, Tahir RBG, Che Black of United Front, Michael Imhotep of the African History Network, Kali of Get This Wisdom Magazine, Iya Bashea and the Kuumba Kids and more.

The show is hosted by Nataki Kambon and her co-host Taalib Saber, activists, professionals, and guest correspondents from around the country and around the world. The weekly show promises a mix of current trending topics, interviews, and pre-recording content, and live interactive segments. Mondays 8:00 PM ET. The pilot aired Monday, January 8, 2018.
