Oxfam America and Adeso will hold a Roundtable discussion on Monday, May 12, 2014 to discuss ways to improve the flow of remittances moving from Somali communities in the US to Somalia. Congressman Keith Ellison will speak along with Oscar-nominated actor Barkhad Abdi from Captain Phillips. The event will be moderated by Khadra Abdisalaam from Somali Public Radio.
