Company seeks “Property/Senior Accountant/Property Controller.” Job Description: Experience: 5 - 15 Years. A very hands on Position.

Experience Desired: With some combination of Real Estate and Public Accounting experience.

Technical Accounting: Financial Statement Preparation, Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Monthly Closings, Tenant Escalation’s, Work paper Preparation, Straight Line Rents, Fixed Asset Accounting, Real Estate Taxes, Leasing Commissions and an understanding of Abstracts.

Computer Skills: Familiarity with Yardi Property Management (or MRI), FAS, Excel, Word, Windows and other PC applications & spreadsheet skills.

Property Type: metropolitan New York Commercial Office/Retail & Residential.
