FedEx moves millions of gift packages and flowers around the world with packages and exotic flowers passing through FedEx hubs leading up to the big day.

In addition to delivering millions of flowers and gift packages from around the world, FedEx is reporting a 68% increase in deliveries from Latin American countries to the United States.
