Today, the new Pa. Chamber for Black Owned Businesses (PACBOB) was launched.

During the coronavirus pandemic, Stefan Hawkins had to close House of Vegans – the first Black-owned vegan restaurant in central Pennsylvania.

It was difficult, but like many business owners, to survive, he applied his skills and talents in a new direction. The new chamber will work at the state level, serving as an umbrella organization for regional chambers like the African-American Chamber of Commerce of Central Pa.
