Let There Be Books

God said to Basha, “The people need to read more that lives can be transformed with books.”

The I Love To Read Book Fair is coming to the Brooklyn Christian Center in Brooklyn, New York for its third year, beginning Friday, March 12th and ending Saturday, March 13th.

Produced By Phil Andrews, CEO of the Power Networking Business Series and Basha Riddick, producer and cable TV host of The Basha Riddick Empowerment Show, the I Love To Read Book Fair is quickly becoming a favorite among book lovers far and wide.

Riddick likes to say the festival was “founded by God thru a dream.” The TV host says on December  31, 2007, she had a vision in which God said to her, “The people need to read more that lives can be transformed with books.”

Established February, 2008, the first I Love To Read Book Fair was held at Pastor Dennis A. Dillon’s famed Brooklyn Christian Center located at 1061 Atlantic Avenue between Franklin and Classon Avenues in Brooklyn, New York. Rev. Dillon, Publisher of The New York Christian Times, an author himself, and stalwart in Black economics, agreed with Riddick that the I Love To Read Book Fair was a “great idea.”

The I Love To Read Book Fair is free to the public.  Location remains the Brooklyn Christian Center located at 1061 Atlantic Avenue between Franklin and Classon Avenues in Brooklyn, New York and lasts two days, beginning Friday, March 12th and ending Saturday, March 13th. The opening ceremony will take place March 12th at 12:00 noon and the actual Book Fair commences Saturday, March 13th at 12:00 noon and ends at 9:00pm.
