The former first lady and Democratic presidential contender Hillary Clinton will hold a primary night event Tuesday, June 7, in Brooklyn, New York. Clinton will speak to supporters and discuss her plans to break down the barriers that hold too many families back and build ladders of opportunity for all Americans.

Recent polls show that Clinton has opened up a double-digit lead over Republican rival Donald Trump, regaining ground after the New York billionaire briefly tied her last month, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll released Friday.

The increase in Clinton support comes as Trump faces federal lawsuits against Trump University and criticism over alleged donations he raised for U.S. veterans.

According to Reuters released report online, some 46 percent of likely voters said they supported Clinton, while 35 percent said they supported Trump, and another 19 percent said they would not support either, according to the survey of 1,421 people conducted between May 30 and June 3.

Clinton will seek to clinch the nomination next week when several big states, including New Jersey and California, will hold primaries, allowing Clinton to unite her party’s backing before a general election matchup against Trump.
