Diaspora Ugandans and
American supporters demonstrated in front of the San Diego offices of
Invisible Children, makers of KONY2012.

Says Lucy Larom, who is
co-founder of Campaign to End Genocide in Uganda Now! (CEGUN), spoke
about Joseph Kony leader of the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA) and Ugandan
dictator Gen. Yoweri K. Museveni, says: “Most of the problem is
President Museveni. Kony should be brought to trial without military
intervention. Museveni is a war criminal and this needs to be addressed.
He currently has US government support. There is no mention in the
Invisible Children video that more than two million people were held in
forced concentrations camps. Many have now returned to their land, but
are in need of reparations and help. One Million died in concentration
camps. Kony is no longer in Uganda. Museveni’s crimes are still going
on.”

Shown in the picture at the protest march is Charlie Lakony,
President of the Friends for Peace in Africa which together with CEGUN
organized the protest.
