She’s an accomplished woman who grew up in the Trenton projects; empowered herself from McDonald’s fry girl to prosecutor in the New York City justice system; had the guts to put herself in the public eye, becoming a popular television personality, who so gracefully declared, “You’ll forgive me, but I’m from the South, so every adult Southern woman gets a ‘Miss’ in front of her name.”  This brief portrait describes none other than the controversial Star Jones.  

Star Jones is getting a lot of flack for locking horns with media titan, Barbara Walters companied with plenty more media gasoline surrounding this diva. But the fact is, a true diva feeds off of every flame and with each singe, rises from the ashes with power tenfold.
