Holiday Season Weight loss Program

-A +A

(Syndicated News) Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years! That’s right, ‘tis the season of temptation.  If you have ever tried to diet or exercise on your own, you know how difficult it is.   Staying committed to a diet is hard enough, but when turkey, ham, pumpkin pie, and other goodies go in the mix it can be downright impossible.  If you think that there is nothing you can do to control your weight, and feel alone in your struggle; you shouldn’t.  A new trend has many people turning to weight-loss coaches who specialize in using tools to overcome the psychological factors behind overeating. These coaches have become the saving grace for many during the holiday season.

Expert weight-loss coach, Brooke Castillo of Futures Unlimited Coaching, spoke with us about the reasons why her clients have chosen to seek help losing weight.  Brooke told us that most of her clients have tried and failed using traditional dieting techniques before enlisting her help.  Some of her clients have said that requesting their first appointment was difficult, because it required making themselves a priority and committing to losing the weight for good.

â€œWhat most people don’t realize is that traditional diet programs don’t go deep enough to the root of the problems to solve it permanently,â€? according to Brooke. “They treat only the symptom of why people overeat and the results are often temporary. My coaching program uses psychological tools to uncover the emotions and belief systems that are causing you to overeat in the first place.  It’s not just a lifestyle change; it is an emotional life change.â€?

Brooke says she can empathize with her clients, because she struggled with her weight in the past and knows how difficult it is.  She wanted to find a way to help others and give them the tools that helped her succeed.  Combining over 15 years of experience and research, Brooke focuses on the issues of each client and helps determine the correct psychological tool needed to help each individual lose weight. These tools educate her clients on how to manage emotions, belief systems, and habits that cause you to overeat and rob you of the body you desire.  Brooke says with the tools she gives her clients, there “really is no way for them not to lose weightâ€?.

Due to the success of her techniques and client endorsements, Brooke’s services are in high demand. Brooke allows her clients to choose the intensity of the weight-loss program they enroll in, which empowers them to succeed.  They can choose from workshops, seminars or an intense yearlong program. Right now her workshops and seminars are among the most popular programs she offers.

With the holidays just around the corner, it’s no wonder why people are flocking to her website to sign up while there's still room. The greatest gift we have is our health. Remember, it’s never too late to ring in the New Year as a whole new you.
