Additionally, ACE has been approved to offer the NYS Real Estate Salesperson’s 75 Hour Qualifying Course beginning in the fall 2010 semester. The course is a mandatory prerequisite to taking the NYS Real Estate Salesperson Exam in order to obtain a real estate salesperson’s license.

The course will be offered from October 4 – Jan. 12 and will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. The Instructor for the course will be Ms. Trisha Ocona Francis, a Licensed Real Estate Broker in NY, a Real Estate business owner, and the writer of “Ask Trisha”, a Real Estate Q & A featured in Caribbean Life.

According to Ms. Francis, “Whether the real estate market appears to be up or down, it is still the number one asset throughout the nation. Prices have not, and will never zero out. Moreover, people will always require a home. This makes Real Estate a desirable investment and worthy career choice.”

The NYS Real Estate Salesperson’s 75 Hour Qualifying Course benefits those looking to assist others with selling or buying property or renting an apartment for a fee or commission, as well as those seeking first-hand knowledge of the real estate industry to help maintain current real estate investments, venture in as a first time home buyer, or get a better understanding of rental rights and obligations. The course covers all New York State Licensing requirements, relevant real estate theory, and professional real world experiences, and is priced at $525; exam and textbook fees are not included.
