Some ballot boxes are being delivered with broken seals; officials claim that the seals broke during transportation.

People people were discovered voting with slong sleeve shirts, with extra ballot papers
hidden in the sleeves, which are then released into the ballot boxes. -
Polling station agents in some instance have been forced to sign election results declaration before the voting started.

One polling station has already declared its results. There was 130% turnout.

One of the opposition Members of Parliament was shot at; condition not yet known.

The Army had heavily deployed in Kampala.

Security guards at FDC headquarters have been disarmed by government.

The telephone system is being jammed and some journalists are using Skype to reach the outside world.
