Bravo Jets, Boo Giants

The Jets are not clicking on all cylinders but they are making those that work, work. they are 2-1 and it could well be 3-0. But you know what I like about these gents? They say hey it is early and being on top now is nice but being on top at the end is what counts.

(Jets’ QB Chad Pennington).

A simple tale of two teams in one city.

The New York Jets are continuing to roll along and win. The Giants are simply continuing to do the things they shouldn’t do and lose. The Jets have now won more games on the road this season than all of last year. And hey gang, they are undefeated on the road now too.

The Jets are not clicking on all cylinders but they are making those that work, work. they are 2-1 and it could well  be 3-0. But you know what I like about these gents? They say hey it is early and being on top now is nice but being on top at the end is what counts. The running game has not gotten of  well just yet, but a win is a win and even more so on the road.
The Giants once again got behind on the road and this time it didn’t work out, the comeback and all. Getting behind is bad peroid, home or away. But even more so on the road. It so often leads to defeat. Forty something points, well ladies and gentlemen, your defense isn’t doing it. The second half effort was great on all points but Seattle had the points that amounted to the bottom line, a victory.

Jets quarterback, Chad Pennington, seems to be getting healthier as the weeks go by, a good sign all around. The Jets didn’t dwell on their loss the week prior, they took the positives and then went to Buffalo and won. The coach has to get a pat on the back here for that. And the team too has to be saluted. Bouncing back and not accepting losing. On the other hand, the Giants head coach has to be brought to task. He could be 0-3 and should and could be 3-0 or 2-1 at worst. Seems he takes not the responsibility for losing and wants all the credit for victory.
