The Women’s March is excited to announce over 175 organizational partners for the 2019 Women’s March on Washington. We are proud of the diversity and breadth of organizations involved, which reflect the vibrance of the Women’s March movement.
 
The 2019 Women’s March marks two years of resistance to the Trump presidency, two years of training new activists, and two years of building power. And this time, we’re coming back with an agenda. On January 19, 2019, we’re going to flood the streets of Washington, D.C., and cities across the globe. The #WomensWave is coming, and we’re sweeping the world forward with us.
 
What: The #WomensWave — the 2019 Women’s March on Washington — alongside more than 200 sister marches across the country, with dozens more around the world. 
 
Who: Tens of thousands of women and allies from more than 175 partner organizations including Planned Parenthood Action Fund, American Civil Liberties Union, American Federation of Teachers (AFT),  League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), National Organization of Women (NOW), Disability Action for America, MoveOn, National Urban League, 18 Million Rising, Bend the Arc Jewish Action, United State of Women, Indigenous Environmental Network, United We Dream, Rock the Vote, UFCW Women’s Network, UltraViolet, Democratic National Committee, NAACP, Fight for 15, The TransLatin@ Coalition, Muslim Women’s Alliance, The Million Hoodies Movement, and many more. When and Where: January 19, 2019 
 
10am: Gathering location at the corner of 12th St and Jefferson Dr SW on the National Mall.
11am: March begins at 12th St and the National Mall
1pm: Rally begins at Constitution Gardens
Visuals: Tens of thousands of women and allies marching and rallying with 15 foot waves, signs, and banners. 
 
“The government may be shut down, but they can’t shut down the #WomensWave. While the president stokes fear and hatred, women will rise — high enough and strong enough to break down any wall,” said Rachel O’Leary Carmona, COO of the Women’s March. “This is the moment to stand up and fight — and that’s why hundreds of thousands of women across America and the world are flooding the streets on January 19th to demand justice and equality for ALL of us.”

The 2019 Women’s March will be a mass mobilization to demand concrete policy changes, grounded in the soon-to-be-released Women’s Policy Agenda. More than 70 movement leaders and policy experts, convened by Women’s March, are hard at work crafting a visionary new federal policy platform for the women’s movement, known as the Women’s Agenda, that will be unveiled the week of the January march.
 
Women’s March harnesses the political power of diverse women and their communities to create transformative social change.
