On Breaking Up Mass Incarceration

Re: “Breaking Up The Mass Incarceration Industry.”

This problem is part of a long term strategy to forestall unwanted demographic growth in the Black community. By keeping Black men buried alive during their most productive years necessarily reduces Black births.

This did no come to pass overnight. It tooks years to build the facilities and change the laws that would fill them. Putting an end or at least slowing the process was possible at any stage along the way. However, there was no need to do either because the desired results were and are forthcoming. Changing the psychology in society isn’t the solution.

What needs to change is the ability of elites to force or guide public policy and this won’t happen if people ony vote for preordained choices every four years.
