Log on Saturday, September 15th at 6PM EST/5PM CST as The Empowerment Hour is joined by Dr. James McIntosh and Sister Betty Dopson founders and co-chairs of The Committee to Eliminate Media Offensive to African People (CEMOTAP).

These two individuals represent the highest integrity to be found in our community. CEMOTAP, a great organization, has and continues to expose and hold accountable media that deliberately focus their priorities on defaming Black people and the Black community as a whole.

CEMOTAP also presents forums featuring speakers that discuss issues affecting the Black community—business, economics, politics, physical and mental health, education and more.

CEMOTAP'S work is so important to the empowerment of Black people and knowledge of this organization must spread throughout the Diaspora.

Please Listen Saturday at www.blogtalkradio.com/eadyassociates.  All show begin at 6PM EST/ 5PM CST & 3PM PST

On September 22 one of the greatest communicators in the world today, Imhotep Gary Byrd will be featured on the Empowerment Hour, our
Online University. Byrd is a radio legend in New York and throughout the globe. Byrd keeps the community informed about the happenings not only in NYC, but also throughout the Diaspora. He is very involved in the economics of the Black community and he is very knowledgeable and practices universal-spiritual laws.

September 29, Kermit Eady, host of The Empowerment Hour, will lead a discussion on the need for Black people to learn, incorporate and practice universal-spiritual laws. Also by popular demand, Dr. King E. Davis will return with more discussion on Black Fundraising and his new book, "The Color of Policy."  Many of you have heard Eady speak about this great African American.

“We met at Norfolk State University in 1977 when I joined the faculty as the Director of Admissions and Recruitment in the Graduate School of Social Work,” says Eady. “Here Dr. Davis introduced me to the Black United Fund concept. In addition to being faculty, at that time, he was a guest editor in an edition of one of  our great Black publications, The Black Scholar Magazine. This edition focused on The Black United movement, founded by the late Walter Bremond.  More importantly however, Dr Davis did his doctorial dissertation at Brandies University on the history of Black Fundraising in America. He is the foremost scholar in that area as this is the only authentic work that has ever been done on Black fundraising. It later became a book. Fund raising in the Black Community. Also the Black United Fund of New York named a 41 unit housing development, The King Davis Houses.”

Ladies & Gentlemen there will be many more great guests coming your way such as Dr. Leonard Jefferies and Professor James Smalls; historians and entrepreneurs, Miss Terri Williams, The Honorable Percy Sutton, Dr. Claude Anderson and many more. They will all be teaching us the how and why of business development.

We must get our youth to listen to this program. Please listen each week at www.blogtalkradio.com/eadyassociates and call (646) 716-7472 to join in the conversation
