Dr. Rupert Green deserves the support from all Black people who value their image. He perfectly sees and understands the efforts made to keep Blacks, especially Black males, out of positions of respect and authority.

Those in power in America fully understand the value of keeping Black men in positions of degradation and powerlessness. We must never be allowed in too many of any jobs that dignify us or allow us to demonstrate any capacity for leadership or professional expertise.

Consider that even today many of our people prefer non-Black professionals to advise them concernng money or health matters even when there are capable Blacks available.

There are reasons for this lack of confidence in our professionals to deliver first class service.
