Education: Sharpton Wants Justice Scalia To Recuse Self From Texas University Case

At the National Action Network's Weekly rally tomorrow Rev. Al Sharpton will call on Associate Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia to recuse himself from the Fisher v. University of Texas case based on his racially insensitive remarks during oral arguments this week.
 
Rev. Sharpton will also outline his participation at a historic cross-racial religious dialogue in Charleston, South Carolina convened by the Conference of National Black Churches (CNBC).
 
At SC Conference, Sharpton will kick off a national drive and reiterate his call for Scalia to recuse himself from the Fisher case.
