Black Star News Show host Milton Allimadi will speak with NYC Department of Correction officer Shaun Dixon.
Mr. Dixon will talk about being brutally attacked and injured by an inmate in 2018. Since then he’s been harassed by Department of Correction officers with more than 28 visits to his home within nine months period while he’s recovering. His home was raided by 8 officers in riot gear who forced him to surrender his firearm simply because he’d argued with a captain who harassed him during the home visits.
Now DOC is trying to fire Dixon even while he waits for his hearing for 3/4 disability eligibility due to his on-the-job injury.
No wonder NYC Department of Correction Officers are demoralized.
