Where She’s From: Tiffani Ratchford was born in the State of Arkansas. She grew up in Forrest City, Arkansas.
After graduating from Forrest City High School in 1999, she was off to Arkansas State University in Jonesboro.
As a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Eta Upsilion Chapter, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems concentrating in Data Telecommunications with a minor in Human Resource Management in December of 2002.
Shortly after, Tiffani moved to Cordova, Tennessee, and joined Fed Ex as a Service Manager. She then pursued her Masters Degree and graduated with an MBA. “I have learned from my family to never stop and always know that God has so much in store for me,” says the young model, who is extremely proud of her academic and professional achievements.
Where She’s At: Currently, Tiffani is a pharmaceutical sales representative servicing the New Orleans metropolitan area, “The Big Easy.”
“I love doing the unthinkable and things that many people feel are unattainable for an African American,” she says. “I never got into pageants or anything but even when I was a little girl so many people used to say ‘You should get into modeling, you look like one of those cover girls’. I always thought that you had to be a size zero or one to become a model. Being from a small town in Arkansas, I never truly pursued it.”
“Last year was my first time taking true modeling photos,” she adds. “I just moved to the New Orleans area and would love to lighten the city with beauty. I am all about conquering any obstacles that might come my way.”
Smart, beautiful, and classy, Tiffani wants to set examples. “My overall goal is to become an icon. I love to smile and be in front of the camera. I want to be a mentor to young ladies and show them that there is so much to life.”
