[Music]

Onaje Allan Gumbs’ New Vintage returns to BAMcafé Live Jan 17—Jan 18, following its triumphant engagement earlier this year. Gumbs, an acclaimed jazz pianist, producer, and arranger, has collaborated with such jazz and soul luminaries as Woody Shaw, Nat Adderly, and Norman Connors, brings together some of the city’s most talented veteran and up-and-coming musicians, singers, poets, and dancers for his latest project, New Vintage, a genre-busting evening that combines jazz, hip-hop, and R&B into one soul-stirring mix.
