Coolpixie: “Nkata”

South African singer Coolpixie (Thabo Makau) recently released a video for his song 'Nkata,' meaning my love in the Xitsonga language.

The song, which also features singer Bibas, is a Afrobeat dedicated to lovers. Coolpixie believes love makes anything possible saying, "Nkata is a song about a guy who cannot contain his love for his fiancé. It is the month of love after all and I'm spreading positivity."

Coolpixie, who is from South Africa's Diepsloot township, said the song is alss about "spreading the love for friends, families and those close to us is important. Many people have lost loved ones due to the pandemic and we need to always stay positive.

Nkata was produced by Madambad Entertainment.
