Prince William and Prince Harry will mark the 10th anniversary of their mother's death with a concert that will take place on Saturday, July 1st, 2007 -- the day Princess Diana would have celebrated her 46th birthday.   The concert will be one of the first events to take place in the new Wembley Stadium.

Proceeds from the concert will go to charities supported by the late Princess, and to charities of which the Princes are patrons.

Diana (born Diana Frances) died in August, 1997 after a high speed car accident in the Pont del'Alma road tunnel in Paris along with her boyfriend and driver.

The event, which will celebrate Diana's life, will also feature performances from Joss Stone, Fergie, Duran Duran and Sir Elton John, among others. NBC will broadcast highlights of the event tonight, July 1 from 9pm to 11pm. Check your local listings for more details.
