Gospel Music According To Fred Hammond

Gospel Night enlightened the hearts of many attendees at Wingate Field in Brooklyn recently as Fred Hammond and The Radical for Christ, Israel and the New Breed, and special guest Keith “Wonderboy� Johnson performed their uplifting songs.

Gospel Night is part of the ongoing Martin Luther King Concert Series hosted by Borough President Marty Markowitz and sponsored by Health Plus, the managed care organization. The series provides the community with performances by top-tier performers for free.

R&B, funk, and gospel acts will perform on the stage at Wingate Field in the Crown Heights area of Brooklyn every Monday, throughout the summer, closing on August 23rd with the three divas of En Vogue performing their silky soulful hits.
