RAFIYA, the independent Congolese artist, released her “Amazing” debut in 2010 to critical acclaim from domestic and international afrosoul music aficionados. She followed up in 2012 with the “Where I’m From” project which was movement to empower Africans, and in 2014 released “My Number” and “Hustle” which are on rotation in major radio stations in Ivory Coast and Congo.

She is currently putting the finishing touches on her upcoming EP and will showcase new tracks from the project during her set at the Apollo Music Café.

Those who have yet to catch RAFIYA live will get to experience her electrifying blend of contemporary African rhythms and modern pop music.
