Pardison Fontaine

Sat. Feb.14th, 2015 Club Purlieu  Queens, N.Y.

The FRESHMAN TAKEOVER, hosted by DJ SUSSONE, showcased some of the hottest new artists currently making their ways to mainstream success...Troy Ave, OT Genasis, 100 GANG, Fetty Wap and Pardison Fontaine were all in the building.

The Red Carpet included guest appearances by rapper, Yo Gotti and model, Maliah Michel.  Despite the inclement weather conditions there were no empty spaces in the VIP Sections or the dance floors.

The event drew a healthy crowd, including celebrities in town for All-Star weekend, various media outlets and A&Rs from powerhouse labels such as Def Jam. An explosive performance by newcomer, Pardison Fontaine, proved that he won't be a rookie in the rap game for long!  He blessed the crowd by performing four singles off of his highly anticipated mixtape, "Not Suppose To Be Here", which drops later this month.

Pardison is a Newburgh, N.Y. native who has a catchy new single 'OYYY", currently spinning on HOT 97 and Power 105.1fm.  The streets are buzzing about this kid!His mix of dope beats and energetic lyrics is contagious.  It's no easy task to create both feel-good tracks like "OYYY" as well as serious tracks that address issues today's youth face such as "HOOPOREERAP" and "Intelligent Ni--a", yet Pardison makes the transition with ease."Our team is self-maintained", stated NO_Lz, part of Pardison's management team.

"We produce our own music and shoot our own videos.  We're working hard and don't expect to have anything handed to us.  Pardison wakes up rapping!  We have to do this right and open doors for other artists in Newburgh trying to make it."Keep an eye on this young talent as he quickly climbs his way up from the underground streets of Newburgh to a city near you!

You can check out videos from his soon-to-be-released mixtape on YouTube and SoundCloud.  And purchase the single "OYYY" on Itunes.
