Shatta Wale: “Your Life”

Standout Ghanaian Reggae\Dancehall artist Shatta Wale has just released a new visual for his song ‘Your Life’.

In the video, Wale is seen in a room surrounded by newspaper clippings, all over, as he raps, and writes, about a numbers of serious social issues including: the dangers of materialism and about musical artists (whom he called “Pharisees”) who sellout their artistry.

He also sends out an important salute and message about the importance of social workers–while warning about tricky politicians.

Wale is a major African artist who has won numerous awards and is known as a prolific writer. In the Dancehall arena, he has won a record-setting 8 awards at the 2019 3 Music Awards. He was rated “Most Influential Musician” on social media in 2017.
