Black Star News's Allimadi Discusses Rout of Rwanda's and Uganda's M23 In Congo

Sultan Makenga, chief of the defeated M23. Museveni now harbors Makenga while Kagame harbors Laurent Nkunda.

Discussing the significance's of the defeat of M23 by Congo's army with assistance by UN Intervention force manned by Tanzanians, South Africans and Malawians.

The tide began to change in December 2012 when President Barack Obama personally phoned Rwanda's Gen. Paul Kagame and told him to withdraw his mercenaries. The defeat of M23 could set off demands for democratization and end to militarism in both Rwanda and Uganda. These two countries under dictator Gen. Kagame and Gen. Museveni have launched several wars of aggression in Congo, setting off massacres that have now claimed as many as 10 million Congolese lives.
