You can watch the Ugandan Presidential debate live hosted by the Interreligious Council (IRCU).

The country's ruler of 30 years who is seeking another term in the February 18, 2016 presidential debate has been widely ridiculed for not showing up. The key challengers Dr. Kizza Besigye leader of the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) and former prime minister Amama Mbabazi are participating.

The livestream started at 9 AM Eastern Standard (U.S. Time) with preliminary events.
