Come experience joy and elation through movement and sound of Afro Flow Yoga® -- it infuses electrifying dance movements of the African Diaspora flowing with a meditative yoga sequence of gentle yet powerful stretches.

Deeply connect with the soulful rhythms of live drumning, energize your charkas, gain strength and flexibility and rejoice in the bliss of feeling grounded and peaceful!

Join creator, Leslie Salmon Jones on October 13th and AFY instructor Pilin Anice on October 20th as they guide us through natural movements to free the mind and body from stress. Through the power of collective energy and the creation of sacred space, students will leave feeling empowered, energized, and renewed.

During these workshops, affirm your purpose, flow into your intentions and align with vision. Enjoy the musical blessings of Jeff Jones. Workshops are open to all levels of dance and yoga.
