Certified Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor Aly Bey will be bringing his popular Hip-Hop Yoga- Beginner Course to the WAFDC conveniently located at: 114-36 Sutphin Boulevard in Jamaica, Queens.
The course will take place after work every Tuesday & Thursday from 6PM – 7PM & will focus on reducing stress, building integrity & finding your life’s balance.
Participants will have the option of choosing a private session, purchasing a one day session or participating in the entire 9 week course, which runs from Tuesday, November 17, 2015 – Thursday, January 7, 2016.
