Afro Flow Yoga extends our most sincere apologies for yesterday's disruptions, disconnections and other problematic issues when trying to access our Virtual Class today, Sunday, April 26, 2020.

While we strive every week to bring you live streaming, there are some issues for which we have little control. As we work diligently towards bringing you our best, sometimes technology platforms fall short.

Afro Flow Yoga remains in a place of gratitude for having the ability to share these classes with you, for the technology that allows it and for our community that uplifts us. It was a mere 5 weeks ago that we started these virtual classes and we are grateful for the opportunity to spread love, movement and live drumming to a wider community during these challenging times.

We want to offer yesterday's class for you to view in its entirety in excellent quality. Should you wish to view it, please click HERE.

Our virtual class will be held Sunday, May 3 at 1:30 pm EDT from our AFY Virtual Studio, FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM.

If you have any problems logging in - please email dawn@afroflowyoga.com. AFY VIRTUAL CLASS and TO DONATE - log on to the following https://app.namastream.com/#/afro-flow-yoga/product/7882
