Celebrating its 8th year, the annual two-day event is New York’s largest expo for women of color featuring a host of speakers, authors, seminars, R&B and gospel concerts, and over 200 exhibitors. The Healthfirst Healthy Living health panel, “A Healthy You Is A Better You”, will provide an informative session and educational tools for developing a healthier lifestyle on Sunday, October 7 from 12 noon-1:00pm.

“A Healthy You Is A Better You” panelists include panel moderator, Dari Alexander - FOX News Anchor; Terrie Williams - Author Publicist and Mental Health Expert; Darrin Henson - Actor; Wendy Ida - Nationally Certified Master Trainer and Nutrition Expert; and, C.Virginia Fields, President of the National Black Leadership Commission on Aids and former Manhattan Borough President. The panel will kick-off with a special introduction by George Hulse, Healthfirst Vice President of External Affairs.

“Providing resources to improve the health and overall well-being of the communities we serve is a key driver of our sponsorship of the Circle of Sisters Expo,” said George Hulse, Healthfirst Vice President of External Affairs. “We are proud to present this special health panel for the second year in a row, offering life-changing information for long term health benefits.”

Attendees can also visit the Healthfirst Healthy Living booth in the exhibit hall where adults will receive free body mass index screenings and massages. Children will also be treated to free face paintings.
