Uptown ladies can now walk in style.

Rashidah Ali, a young and ambitious entrepreneur, is making her mark on the fashion world, with the opening of her new store in Harlem, Bourgeoisie, a shoe boutique for those who love the finer shoes in life.

Bourgeoisie will cater to a high-end, female clientele, and is set to open on November 15, on Seventh Avenue between 138th and 139th street. With top designers like Gianmarco Lorenzi, FrancescoSacco, Claudio Merazzi and many more to come in the Spring of 2008, Bourgeoisie prides itself on selling shoes that are stylish, comfortable and one-of-a-kind.

Rashidah, already co-owner and manager of a lucrative trucking company, is ready to focus her energy on something she truly loves. “I think that fine shoes are essential to all women. At my store you are able to find the best shoe within your budget,” Rashidah tells The Black Star News. “This is why I decided to open my own shoe store and carry shoes by some of the most established designers as well as new, hot and up and coming designers.”

This talented, young businesswoman is on the move, ready to bring high-fashion to Harlem world with the opening of Bourgeoisie.

The new store has a contemporary look with chic white décor, fine leather furniture and distinctive, porcelain tile—imported from Europe. The custom-made flat-screen televisions have been encrusted with Swarovski crystals and adorned with the Bourgeoisie logo. Costumers will get first class service by some of the fashion industry’s elite and seasoned shoe experts. Bourgeoisie also offers a unique service—delivering shoes to your door.

Bourgeoisie will host A-list customers who will walk the red carpet at the Grand Opening, when Bourgeoisie’s Winter 2007 Collection will also be introduced.
