NYPD ESU UNIT AT SCENE OF SHOOTING

Three people were shot Wednesday at a concert rapper T.I. was throwing at Irving Plaza in Union Square.

According to the police, two men and one woman was shot at the scene and rushed to a nearby hospital, one with life-threatening injuries.

"A fourth person was also shot and walked themselves to a nearby hospital, but it was unclear if that person was injured at the scene," an NYPD spokesperson said,

The shooting took place around 10p.m. inside the club.

One witness at the scene said he heard the shots and ducked for cover.

"I had never been so scared in my life," he told reporters.

The police immediately locked down the building and are searching for suspects.

Police do not have a motive for the shooting and said the investigation is ongoing.
