She is Founder and Executive Director of Portland, Oregon-based “Right To Health” a non-profit organization that has been working for many years to have the CDC declare Racism as a “Threat to Public Health.”

She will explain why the designation would automatically trigger more resources to tackle the racial disparities in healthcare and healthcare delivery that have left Black and Brown communities disproportionately vulnerable to many diseases including the current COVID-19 pandemic.
