Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. hosts annual "Back to School" Literacy & Health Fair at Poe Park--located on Grand Concourse between East 192nd St and East Kingsbridge Road.

On Wednesday, August 14, 2019 (TOMORROW), Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. will host his annual “Back to School” Literacy & Health Fair at Poe Park – located on Grand Concourse between East 192nd Street and East Kingsbridge Road.

The event will take place from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The event is co-sponsored by Empire BlueCross BlueShield and Montefiore Health System. School supplies for local students will be donated by Montefiore Health System. Raffle prizes donated by Modell's Sporting Goods and Wildlife Conservation Society.

Entertainment will be provided by performers from the New York University African Percussion Ensemble, Little Branches of Borinquen and other local talent.
