J.D. Livingstone, second from left, with two members of Guerrilla Journalism workshop when he paid a visit in November

It is with sadness that I share with you, that today we lost a member of our National Action Network family, JD Livingstone. Many of you had the honor of knowing him, as he was a faithful supporter and contributor to the National Action Network (NAN) and a regular at the ‘House of Justice’ for over 15 years.

JD was the drumbeat that kept the movement informed, aware, and at the ready.

We will miss his presence, fellowship and dedication.

In the words of JD, ‘thank you for your kindness’.

Yours in progress,

-Reverend Al Sharpton
