Local Leaders to Hold Rally Against Self-Destructive Gun Violence

The rally will be held at Pennsylvania Avenue and Schroeders Avenue (next to P.S. 346 Abe Stark) on Tuesday, July 14th at 6:30 PM calling for an end to the gun violence that plagues our community.

Today, local New York leaders are holding a Brooklyn rally to call for the end of gun violence and self-destruction in Black and Latino communities.

Leaders and organizations will include: Assemblyman Charles Barron, Council Member Inez Barron, Andre T. Mitchell, Vincent Riggins, Minister Henry Muhammad, Reverend Brenda Ross, Community Board 5, Man Up!, Operation P.O.W.E.R., Brite Leadership Coalition, Nation of Islam, Trinity Pentecostal House of Prayer.
