DC37 Slams HHC Plans, Including Clinic Closings

HHC plans to close five child health clinics and one dental clinic, privatize the Brooklyn Central Laundry, contract out dialysis services and laboratories, consolidate orthopedic services and eliminate 3,799 public health care workers in the next four years.
