Dr. Jay Sanford, the husband of Dr. Adelaide Sanford for 56 years, sadly departed this life on Sunday, October 9th.
Funeral Services will be held at Bethany Baptist Church, 460 Marcus Garvey Blvd., Brooklyn, New York on Friday, October 14th. Viewing and Wake Service will be held from 9:AM to 10:A.M. Funeral Services will be held from 10:A.M. to 12 Noon.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that donations may be made in Dr. Jay Sanford’s name, to BEPAA, Board for the Education of People of African Ancestry, located in the Dr. John Henrik Clarke House, at 286 Convent Avenue New York, N.Y. 10031.
