Incisive Media is currently looking for a Content Support Administrator to be responsible for system administration and maintenance of our editorial production and content delivery systems.

Content Support Administrator is responsible for ensuring all content-delivery systems are operating correctly; and that content is produced, processed and delivered on schedule and in accordance with quality control guidelines. This person will have a full understanding of the news production process and must troubleshoot and fix problematic news content as well as provide first level support of our daily content processing systems.

Content Support Administrator will also be responsible for partnering with other IT resources and business users during the implementation and testing of new content delivery processes, systems and workflows. Content Support Administrator will be tasked with managing technical projects.

Responsibilities include:
Support for content movement through many different technologies Acquire and document solutions based end user (customer) requirements.
Document and share solutions.
Working with end users in a publishing based deadline environment. Job hours are normally 9-5; however candidate must be flexible to work between the hours of 8am-8pm. On call support when necessary on the evenings and weekends.

Requirements:
At least one year of functional and/or technical knowledge and expertise; experience in online/print publishing a plus Practical experience following structured procedures for build and test phase activities Experience in web-based design and programming, including HTML, JavaScript, XML, XSLT.

Independent problem solving experience and debugging skills
Strong knowledge of & experience in InDesign, Windows, OSX, Microsoft Office.
