The launch of Physniques Holistic Weight Loss and Body tone took place on Saturday, October 25th at the SLC Conference Center located at 352 Seventh Avenue, two blocks from Penn Station in New York City.

Ladies traveled as far as from Brooklyn, Long Island and New Jersey to embark upon the new fitness experience that proved to be well worth the trip.

"Awesome,"  is how one participant described the Physniques holistic fitness class.  Another depicted Physniques "a great workout “ and added, “I could definitely feel the burn the next day."

Brenda Jeanne Wyche, creator of Physniques stated, "There are so many beatiful things in life that we can focus on and become involved with.  Obsessing over our weight -- especially for he sake of vanity -- robs us of quality moments that we could be spending productively.  Taking care of our bodies should be a happy, enjoyable experience, yet unique to every woman. Physniques was created to make that concept a reality.  Moreover, I am pleased and honored that Dr. Hyman has joined me in this initiative.  Dr. Hyman is an excellent teacher, well known for his effective and most entertaining approach to the holistic health and fitness process."

Physniques is an effervescent holistic weight loss and fitness system created to enable women to reach their weight and fitness goals while honing their power within.

Physniques is a comprehensive health & fitness system created by Brenda Jeanne Wyche that includes a series of exercises and power moves inspired by Japanese Goju-Ryu karate and Northern Shaolin kung-fu.  The program also shares nutrition guidelines to help participants lose weight and stay fit.

“In this competitive world you've got to have an edge that sets you apart from average. Being physically fit builds confidence and confidence gives you that magnetism which attracts positive people and rewarding opportunities. Every woman possesses her own unique metabolism based on her body composition. Physniques weight control & wellness system was designed on that premise,” Wyche explained.

Physniques was designed to help women

• Lose stomach fat
• Tone & firm up your body
• Increase energy
• Get rid of cellulite
• Get the look you want when you try on new clothes
and become a happier you.

Wyche says those who continue with the program and follow the lesson plan are expected to  start seeing results in two to four weeks from commencement and six months for killer abs – just in time for bikini season 2009.

20 yr personal trainer and 10th Degree Black Belt in Japanese Goju-Ryu karate, Dr. Ernest Hyman is Master Facilitator for Physniques. Additional facilitators will be announced.

The October 25th launch of Physniques focused on women's self-defense in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. After class, Dr. Hyman made ice cold, refreshing, fresh fruit smoothies for everyone.

Physniques will have a class at Southern Comforts Holistic Health Fair which is happening at the Brooklyn Society for Ethical Culture, located at  53 Prospect Park West, across from Prospect Park and 2nd Street in Brooklyn, NY,  on November 15th, 2008 if you would like to give it a try it.
