Soletron reports (and we're sure Chicago fans pray) that Derrick Rose is in 100% shape.
It’s been a year and 78 days since Derrick Rose tore his ACL on April 28, 2012. It seems like we’ve waited forever for Derrick Rose to say he’s ready to play, but that day has finally come, Soletron reports.
Rose announced that he’s 100% and will be ready to play in the first game of the 2013-2014 NBA season. It’s been a long-awaited announcement, even though it was expected. I mean, it’d be pretty absurd if he wasn’t ready by then.
The Chicago Bulls managed to make a playoff run without their star player. Rose adds a whole other element to the game for the Bulls, including 21 points and 6.8 assists per game over four seasons. Not too shabby. Chicago will be an even more dangerous team next season and will look to dethrone the Heat.
