Washington, D.C. -- This week, Congressman Jamaal Bowman will begin his GOTV tour “Democracy on the Line: A National Voter Engagement Tour” organized by Community Change Action and its local partners in key swing states, including Georgia, Michigan, Ohio and Arizona.

From Friday, October 14, 2022 through Monday, October 17, 2022, Congressman Bowman will travel across the country to speak directly to voters about the issues driving them to the polls. He will also engage with local leaders to focus on engaging historically marginalized and disenfranchised communities, specifically Black, Latino, and low-income voters.

“This election isn’t about a red wave or blue wave. This is about keeping the fundamental rights and freedoms that were granted to us by the Constitution,” said Congressman Jamaal Bowman. “Sustained pressure and getting out the vote are how we reclaim our power.”
