Tonight actress Ilana Glazer will interview Brooklyn Congressional challenger Adem Bunkeddeko on Instagram.
Adem Bunkeddeko, progressive Democrat running in NY-9, will join actress, writer, and director Ilana Glazer for an Instagram Live interview on her page at 8pm today, Monday, June 22nd, 2020.

Glazer previously starred in Broad City and has since founded The Generator Collective, which works to humanize government policy. They’ll talk about the importance of voting, issues facing Central Brooklyn, and what Congress can do to address them.
Adem Bunkeddeko is an organizer and advocate in Central Brooklyn running for Congress in NY-9. He previously challenged incumbent Yvette Clarke in 2018, losing by less than two thousand votes. Through a career in public service, Bunkeddeko has tried to pay forward the sacrifices his family made to flee civil war in Uganda to start a life in America. He previously served on Brooklyn Community Board #8 where the people of his neighborhood have been turning for help because their elected representatives have neglected the affordable housing crisis.
